Husbands as well as wives are going to be interested in the Du Pont company's exhibit at the 1939 Esposition. For there will be exhibited "runless" silk stockings fashioned from "Nylon" - the fabric that will stretch four times its own length and yet remain elastic. Here Miss Marjorie Thomas shows some of the new hose. Connection to San Leandro history remains unknown. |
